Modern Art Ists: Some of the tropical and subtropical fruits particularly those which have not yet been co mercialized, have not been observed under sufficiently wide range of conditions to determin their requirements and tolerances accurately. Foi these, as well as other reasons, the present cli-f matic classification of fruits must be regarded i imperfect and somewhat provisional. It is, neve theless, the most useful classification which ists, for there can be no doubt that in the develop-, ment of modern art ists commercial fruit culture, mo loss of time, effort, and capital has occurred fro ignorance of the climatic requirements and tolerances to which fruits are adapted than from all other causes combined.
The final consonants -b, -d, -g, and -r were dropped, and final semivowels appeared, to form diphthongs with the main vowel. The number of tones increased to four.
